The Sign Gypsies story began in 2014 in McKinney, TX. Two friends, both with small children and big imaginations, were seeking an outlet to unleash their creativity and entrepreneurial spirits. Immediately, Sign Gypsies was born! Their tiny idea has now grown to more than 800 locations nationwide giving other entrepreneurs the opportunity to unleash their creative passions.

ABOUT YOUR LOCAL AFFILIATE
My name is Renée Ellis and I am your Sign Gypsy. My sweet husband Rex and I have been married since 2008. He's a proud native Idahoan & I've been here since 2002. We have five kids and ten amazing grandchildren! Rex & I are both retired from our careers, but stay plenty busy! We love home projects. There's just about nothing Rex won't tackle and I help if I'm allowed ;) He's my Gypsy MacGyver and is happy to attempt any business project I throw at him, usually bringing it to life even better than I'd envisioned. We love to travel and look forward to being able to do that again. We love riding our UTV and exploring this beautiful state we live in. We have a fur baby, Max the 5 pound Yorkie, who makes us laugh daily and loves to travel with us.
I brought Sign Gypsies to Boise in 2017. To me, Sign Gypsies feels more like a calling than a business. I truly love helping my customers celebrate everything in their lives & I put a little piece of my heart in every greeting I set up.
